The first step to selling your home is an in-home consultation to discuss your overall goals and plans. This visit gives me the opportunity to evaluate your property while also explaining the Miller & Company selling process. You can ask questions and feel confident taking the next steps.

List Your Home

We start by viewing comps (CMA) and discussing pricing strategy. To ensure the home is in good condition and comes to market ready to achieve the highest value, we may suggest repairs or improvements: paint, staging, landscaping, etc. We are here to connect you with reliable vendors if needed.

Market & Sell

Once your property is ready for Buyers, we will arrange professional photos, upload listing to MLS, post on social media, and create marketing materials. Once listed, we are prepared to negotiate offers and inspections with ample communication throughout the entire process.
